Baby Specialist
A Baby Specialist is a highly experienced professional who is hired to care for newborns from as little as a few days old in a sole-charge capacity.
To apply as a Baby Specialist you must have:
extensive new born childcare experience other than your own family, with contactable reference letters.
absolutely adore babies – your face lights up at the mere mention of a baby!
valid First Aid/CPR Certificate
valid driver's licence and reliable car to use whilst on the job.
NO criminal record
Childcare qualifications are an advantage, but not essential if you have plenty of baby care experience with references.
Qualities: a loving, warm patient personality with a real love and enthusiasm for babies/children.
Other qualities like patience, commitment, honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, sensibility and punctuality.
A desire to get involved in educating the little ones in your charge
You need to be able to take initiative in all situations from emergencies to organising activities and running the babies daily routine.
